Why clients choose us
A remarkable home, beautifully resolved.
01
A home with one point of view
Architecture, interiors, joinery and landscape are composed together, so every room and outdoor space feels part of the same home.
02
Details made for daily life
Storage, lighting, cooling, circulation and material choices are considered around how the household will actually live.
03
Beauty that extends outdoors
Pools, planting and terraces are treated as part of the architecture, creating a complete setting rather than an isolated interior.
04
Confidence in the process
Programmes agreed in writing, approvals and procurement coordinated, variations handled through formal change control, and progress reported clearly throughout.
Designed around life
A home that looks remarkable. And lives beautifully.
The strongest renovations are not only photographed well. They improve how a family moves, gathers, rests and entertains—while giving the property a clear architectural identity.
Space, reconsidered
Layouts are reshaped around natural light, proportion, privacy and the way each family uses its home.
Materials with presence
Stone, timber, metal and textiles are selected for character, compatibility and how they will age in the Dubai climate.
Comfort, quietly integrated
Cooling, lighting and technology are resolved within the architecture rather than added as visual afterthoughts.
Google reviews
Trusted with Dubai’s most personal spaces.

“We had our major villa renovation and extensions done by Across Designs last year. Amos and Priya were excellent from A to Z.”
Golf Place — Full villa renovation
“They did most of our villa and did an incredible job. I have worked with many contractors but cannot recommend enough the quality of their finishes — and their after-service support is the best, no questions asked.”
Arabian Ranches — Turnkey villa renovation
“To find an outfit that will design, project manage and deliver on time and in budget in one outfit is definitely a dream come true in Dubai.”
